Retail trade Collective Agreement
Do you want to fully understand the regulations that controls the relationship between you as an employer and your employees according to the Retail trade collective agreement? Then this course is for you!
The course is delivered in two half-day blocks. We provide you with both theoretical knowledge and practical exercises that make you confident in how to handle the collective agreement in your daily work. You also get the chance to participate in exciting discussions and share experiences with others in the same situation.
The course is aimed at managers and employees who make decisions or work with terms and conditions issues. It provides a thorough review of the collective agreement and is suitable for both those who are new to their role and those who want to refresh their knowledge. If you lack basic knowledge in labour law, we also recommend that you take the course Introduction to Swedish Labour Law to get an even stronger foundation.
