Retail Trade Collective Agreement, 17 + 18th of February

Then this course is for you! We provide you with both theoretical knowledge and practical exercises that make you confident in how to handle the collective agreement in your daily work. You also get the chance to participate in exciting discussions and share experiences with others in the same situation.
The course is aimed at managers and employees who make decisions or work with terms and conditions issues. It provides a thorough review of the collective agreement and is suitable for both those who are new to their role and those who want to refresh their knowledge. If you lack basic knowledge in labour law, we also recommend that you take the course Introduction to Swedish Labour Law to get an even stronger foundation.

- Employment and types of employment – Get to know what applies to different types of employment.
- Hired labour – How does it work and what rules apply?
- Termination – How to handle terminations correctly according to the agreement.
- Working time regulations – How to plan and distribute working hours?
- Salary and compensation rules – What regulations are there about salaries and what compensations are employees entitled to?
- Vacation – Learn about vacation rights and regulations.
- Rules in case of illness – How to handle illness situations and absences?
